Sick People Send This Page To A Friend
Below is an excerpt from a NetConcepts.com article. They are a company that scam people into purchasing website marketing hoopla. And what do you know.... this site (well, not this site, but the people that visit it) are mentioned in the article.

Read it if you want, or just scroll down the the highlighted/bold part where the author calls you sick.

Some clients look up some funky keywords.

Overture supply a free tool they call their 'Search Term Suggestion Tool', which provides related keywords for each suggestion you make, along with how many times that keyword has been searched for in the past month. For example, were you to search for 'rubber chicken', you would find the following:

(removed) blah blah blah (removed)

This may look rather odd, but there you have it. 1519 people searched for 'rubber chicken' on Overture last month, and so on.

Not all the search terms are so innocent, however. There are some sick, sick people out there. A search for related terms to 'donkey' found 4962 searches for 'donkey sex', along with 'amish donkey' (1206)....

The "sickness" is spreading. Check out the recent Overture numbers:

"amishdonkey"   "amish donkey"
- 11,536 times in November '02
- 16,211 times in December
- 24,420 times in January '03
- 25,273 times in February
- 27,313 times in March
- 28,357 times in June

- 43,224 times in Jan '04
  - 1,206 times in July '02

- 6,798 times in Janurary '03
- 8,100 times in February
- 11,068 times in March
- 13,015 times in June

- 23,848 times in Jan '04

Wow... look at those numbers Shigeru Miyamoto!!!

In all seriousness, NetConcepts is a legit company... but if they can call AmishDonkey.com visitors "sick" then I can call them a scam... it's just an opinion after all. NetConcepts can be reached here.

An award will be given to the first person that heads to Overture and searches for 'amish donkey', then visits a doctor for a check-up... then proceeds to sue NetConepts for libel, providing you have a clean bill of health. Oh c'mon... that was funny.
